1. Data We Collect

Scan Signals is a behavioral intelligence platform. To provide our specialized reporting, we collect:

• Assessment Responses: The specific adjectives and signals you select during the scan.
• Historical Benchmarks: To power the Behavioral Timeline, we store time-stamped results of your scans to track behavioral evolution over time.
• Relational Tokens: When using the Multi-Person Launchpad, we store the associations between assessment tokens to generate team and partnership reports.
• Contact Info: Your email address and basic profile details, used to manage your BEHAVIOR OS exploration credits and account security.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your behavioral signals are used to generate personalized insights, including your Work Snapshot and Manager Playbook. In the Multi-Person Launchpad, your anonymized data may be aggregated with other tokens to analyze team friction or partnership synergy. We do not sell your personal behavioral data to third-party advertisers.

3. AI Processing & Anonymization

When you engage the AI Behavioral Bridge, your selected traits are processed via secure AI models to generate personalized prompts. This data is stripped of personal identifiers (like your email) before transmission. Your inputs are used for real-time generation only and are not used to train external models.

4. Data Persistence & Rights

As BEHAVIOR OS utilizes longitudinal data for the Behavioral Timeline, your assessment records are maintained until you request deletion. This allows for year-over-year growth analysis. You have the right to request a full export of your behavioral data or a permanent deletion of your profile and associated tokens by contacting us at hello@scansignals.com.

5. User Sovereignty & Control

At Scan Signals, we believe you are the ultimate steward of your behavioral data. To ensure you remain in control:

• Token Privacy: Your assessment results are only accessible to individuals who possess your unique Access Token. Treat this token as a secure password.
• Launchpad Consent: By sharing your token with a team lead or partner, you are granting them permission to include your profile in aggregate Multi-Person Analysis.
• Revocation: You may request to have your token deactivated or your historical data purged at any time, which will immediately remove your profile from all team hubs and active launchpads.

Aggregate reports (such as team friction analysis) do not reveal individual trait scores to other participants unless you explicitly share your full token report with them.
